The training.
At LAKWERK, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Your training is fully tailored to your level, your pace and your goals, and you can start at any moment — no fixed start dates. We combine hands-on practice with online modules, so you learn both the “how” and the “why” behind every step. The number of practical sessions depends on your current level and how fast you progress. Whether you’re just starting out or already experienced, we focus on what you need to grow — nothing more, nothing less. You’ll train in small groups, with personal guidance exactly where you need it, so you can build confidence and improve fast. Alongside the practical training, you’ll follow online modules covering technique, product
knowledge, client experience and business. This way, you can learn at your own pace while applying everything directly in practice. Everything is designed to give you a strong foundation — so you can step into the salon feeling ready, confident and prepared to build your own business.

No — but you do need to have a feel for nails and be motivated to learn.
